The Booking Process

You can complete your booking on-line by using the displayed booking form on istanbultaxigo.com website. Just choose the date, your departure and destination points and follow the link. The link will show you the type of vehicles and the prices of the transfer in one way and the price for a round trip. If your destination is not listed we can send you a custom route and full instructions should you wish to book.

We would strongly advise booking in advance. Once your booking has been made a vehicle is reserved and we guarantee availability. Last minute bookings however can be accommodated if the vehicle is available.

You can choose a luxury car, minibus (4 persons), minibus 2 (6 persons), minibus 3 (12 persons).

Your driver will come to pick you up at your desired destination. If your transfer starts at the airport, your driver will wait for you at the check-out exit holding a tag with your name on it. If your transfer starts from your address or hotel, it will arrive on time.

The times quoted are the standard journey times on a normal day. These times may differ slightly in high season when there is more traffic or road works affect the direct route of the journey. You will be notified if there is any anticipated delay to your journey.

Besides convenient and fixed prices, with istanbultaxigo.com you don't have to waste time looking for transportation.

Our staff will at all times be informed about your flight details and will collect you at the new time.

In case your flight is delayed, the driver will be aware of the new schedule and will wait for you as previously mentioned. We do not charge extra for drivers waiting for arriving flights.

Reservation Confirmation

After making a reservation, you will receive a message that your reservation is being processed; after the processing has been completed, you will receive a notification about the status of your reservation. Processing can take up to a maximum of 2 hours. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you've received a confirmation e-mail.

Reservations are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please enter the e-mail address or whatsapp number carefully. If you do not receive your confirmation, review the Spam folder, if it still is not there, please contact us.

In the case you lose your voucher simply contact istanbultaxigo.com customer support and you will be provided with another one.

Additional Requirements

We do not charge extra the luggage of the passengers and the driver will help you load it into the vehicle.

Children under 12 must travel with parents. If your transfer requires a child seat, please notify us on time. +5€ fee!

Yes, we provide transfer services for disabled people, but make sure you notify us on time so that we can prepare an adequate vehicle.

No, smoking isn't allowed in the vehicle during the transfer.

Yes, only if they are properly placed in their travel boxes and put in the cargo hold of the vehicle.

Paying For Transfers

You can pay the driver after the transfer. If you bought two-way transfers, you can give half payment on arrival and the rest on the return transfer. For credit cards, we will send a secure payment link via WhatsApp.

The transfer prices are always per vehicle, not per person; the type of vehicle is determined by the number of passengers.

No. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you.

Change and Cancellation

If you want to change or cancel a reservation, please follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail or tell us via WhatsApp.

After requesting a cancellation, you will receive confirmation via e-mail. Check your Spam folder if you don't receive it on time.
